A standard license is locked to the customer’s registered email and domain. The same license key cannot be used on an unauthorised domain.

The system periodically verifies the license through the secure NextSoft license API.

If a license is expired, revoked or used on the wrong domain, protected features will be restricted. Existing customer data will not be deleted.

Easy Browser-Based Installation

NextSoft HRMS includes a browser-based installation system designed for shared hosting and cPanel users.

The customer needs to:

1. Upload and extract the project ZIP file.
2. Create a MySQL database.
3. Open domain.com/install.php.
4. Enter the license email and license key.
5. Enter database information.
6. Enter company information.
7. Create the administrator account.
8. Complete the installation.

The installer automatically detects the installation domain and verifies it with the NextSoft licensing server.
